Eyelash Extension treatments by You Doll You are purchased “as is”. Changes/Additions to the treatment that occur after the customer’s appointment will be charged separately.

Eyelash Extension treatments by You Doll You come with no warranty or guarantee that any of the eyelash extensions will remain attached for any specific length of time. Eyelash extensions and the eyelashes holding them in place can and do fall out at any time due to a variety of environmental factors beyond the control of You Doll You. Therefore, You Doll You does not offer free touch-ups or fixes to offset this.

I understand and agree to assume the following risks and hazards which may occur in connection with any particular treatment including but not limited to: unsatisfactory results, soreness, poor healing, discomfort, redness, blistering, nerve damage, scarring, infection, and allergic reaction. I understand that even though precautions may be taken in my treatment, not all risks can be known in advance. Given the above, I understand that response to treatment varies on an individual basis and that specific results are not guaranteed. Therefore, in consideration for any treatment received, I agree to unconditionally defend, hold harmless and release from any and all liability You Doll You, LLC, and the individual or individuals that provided my treatment, the insured, and any additional insureds, as well as any officers, directors, or employees of the above companies for any condition or result, known or unknown, that may arise as a consequence of any treatment that I receive.

Customers cancelling or postponing an appointment less than 3 hours prior to an appointment agree to pay a $50 late cancellation fee. Or $25 for a cancellation or postponement between 3 and 24 hours prior to a scheduled appointment.

Customers arriving late for their appointment are still responsible for payment of their full appointment price yet may receive less than the full service.

Special discounted Touch-Up pricing is offered for subsequent appointments, but only those occurring within 21 calendar days of a prior appointment. It is the responsibility of the customer to adhere to this calendar if desired. You Doll You does not bear the responsibility of calendar reminders, nor does it extend the discount period.
