You Doll You! Late Cancellation Policy

The following information details salon late cancellation policy.  In short, if you cancel or postpone an appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled start time, you are at risk of incurring a late cancellation fee.

$50 Late Cancellation Fee:  Customers cancelling or postponing an appointment less than 3 hours before their scheduled start time are responsible for paying a late cancellation fee of $50 per scheduled hour.

$25 Late Cancellation Fee:  Customers cancelling or postponing an appointment between 3 and 24 hours before their scheduled start time are responsible for paying a $25 late cancellation fee.

Cancellation fees must be paid in full before any new appointments will be honored.

The Good News:  if you’re at risk of triggering the late cancellation fee BUT we are able to fill your appointment slot for you, then we will waive the late cancellation fee altogether.

This means that the more time you give us, the better chance we have of getting you off the hook.  Words to remember!

A Great Idea: Do you have a friend that loves eyelash extensions?  If you find that your plans have changed last minute and you want to avoid a late cancel fee, maybe that friend would like to take your appointment?  Now that’s a win-win worth considering!

Does the late cancellation fee still apply if you booked something last minute, on the same day?  Yes.
